Fly Bharati has signed a ₹750 crore memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the development of Ujjain Airport, announced during the Urban Development Session at the Global Investors Summit (GIS) recently. Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu emphasized that Madhya Pradesh is poised to become a civil aviation hub.
Several key MoUs in civil aviation were signed during the session. Naidu highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s potential for setting up aviation training institutes and aero sports. He commended Chief Minister Mohan Yadav for hosting an investor summit in Bhopal, comparing its scale to the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh.
